Hi @inthecure I use Paintshop Pro (Corel) which has an aged newspaper artistic effect over the base daytime picture, that I set for 75 years and then tweak age or other settings as looks best from there.
This effect seems to work well on outdoor scenes too.

How did you achieve the effect in the past photo? I'm really digging the color scheme, but I can't seem to recreate it in Photoshop
